No Refund Policy

All purchases made on XeeChats, including subscriptions, credits, and any paid AI services, are final.

Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided, except where required by applicable law.

Digital Services

XeeChats provides digital services that are delivered immediately after purchase. Because these services cannot be returned, all sales are considered final.

Credits

Purchased credits:

• Cannot be refunded.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred to another account.
• Cannot be returned after purchase.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

Users will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the current subscription period expires.

Accidental Purchases

Please review your order carefully before completing payment. Accidental purchases, incorrect plan selections, or unused credits do not qualify for refunds.

Fraudulent Activity

XeeChats reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent transactions, abuse, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
